Is the price shown the total price?
Yes. The price is the total amount for the chosen period, including VAT. You see the final amount in the booking step, before you pay.
What is the Kong Score?
The Kong Score helps you choose. It has four parts that we always show separately: price and distance to the terminal (compared with the other providers at Schiphol), reviews and facilities. The score is calculated automatically from the provider’s data; there is no paid placement.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation terms differ per provider. You see your provider’s terms before you book.
What is the difference between shuttle, valet and parking without a shuttle?
With shuttle parking you leave your car at the provider’s site and a shuttle takes you to the terminal. With valet you hand over your car and the provider parks it for you. Without a shuttle you park yourself and make your own way to the terminal. Each provider shows which type it is.
When is the best time to book?
Providers set their own prices and decide how many spaces they have. Booking earlier gives you a better chance of a space. After your payment we pass your booking on to the parking provider; you get a confirmation by e-mail once they have accepted it.
