You can book as long as your arrival time is still in the future and the provider has space. During school holidays and other busy periods it is wise to book early.
With shuttle parking you leave your car at a car park outside the airport and a shuttle bus takes you to the terminal. With valet parking you hand over your car at the terminal and the provider parks it for you. Each provider’s listing shows which option it offers.
Contact our customer service as soon as possible and include your booking number. What a later return costs depends on the provider’s terms.
You request a change, such as a different number plate or different times, through your booking: open the link in your confirmation email or go to My bookings. We check it with the car park; nothing changes until you hear from us. Whether a change is possible, and what it costs, depends on the provider’s terms.
After paying you receive a confirmation email with your booking number. Keep it to hand when you arrive; your number plate is linked to your booking.
The provider runs the car park; security and liability differ from provider to provider. It is also worth checking what your own car insurance covers.
